Workshops

Workshops, trainings and screening camps at ISSA Institute of Medical & Health Sciences, Gujranwala — from Rescue 1122 CPR training to blood-group and thalassaemia screening.

Practical skill-building is part of every program at ISSA. Alongside laboratory practicals, students take part in trainings led by outside experts and in camps organised by student societies.

  • Trainings by outside experts — such as first aid and CPR taught by Rescue 1122, the Punjab Emergency Service.
  • Screening camps — run by the ISSA Blood Donation Society, offering free blood-group tests and thalassaemia screening.
  • Professional days — such as World Pharmacists Day, when students research a topic, prepare displays and explain it to visitors.

New workshops are announced on campus and on the events page.
