Vision
To establish ISSA Institute of Medical & Health Sciences as a centre of excellence in medical and allied health sciences education — where knowledge is transformed into skill, ambition into achievement, and education into service.
Mission
To provide quality education, promote professional ethics, and equip our students with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to meet the evolving challenges of the healthcare sector — preparing graduates who contribute positively to society and to the healthcare system of Pakistan.

The three words on the ISSA crest describe the professional we aim to develop:
