Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the website of ISSA Institute of Medical & Health Sciences, Gujranwala handles personal information.

What we collect

• Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the program you are interested in and your message.
• Technical information. To prevent spam and abuse, we record a one-way, irreversible code derived from your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser type with each enquiry.
• Analytics. If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation to understand which pages are useful. It does not identify you personally.

How we use it

Enquiries are read only by authorised ISSA staff, who use them to answer your question about admissions or the institute. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Maps and videos

Google Maps loads only when you choose to show the map. YouTube videos, where used, load in privacy-enhanced mode only when you press play.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them and for the institute's admissions records, and are deleted on request.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing info@issa.edu.pk.
