How to apply to ISSA Institute of Medical & Health Sciences, Gujranwala — step by step.

Application method

Visit the admissions office at the ISSA campus, near Garden Town Phase III, Sialkot Bypass Road, Gujranwala, to collect the admission form. Submit the completed form with your documents; the office verifies them, explains the fee structure for your program and confirms your admission once the fee is deposited. Step by step

  1. Choose your program. Compare Pharm-D, DPT, BS Emergency & Intensive Care and the two diplomas.
  2. Check your eligibility. Pharm-D and DPT need FSc Pre-Medical with at least 60% marks; the diplomas need Matric (Science) with at least 45%. See Eligibility.
  3. Prepare your documents. Use the required documents checklist and bring the originals for verification.
  4. Visit the admissions office. Collect and complete the admission form at the campus, near Garden Town Phase III, Sialkot Bypass Road, Gujranwala.
  5. Submit your form and documents. The admissions office checks your documents and explains the fee structure for your program.
  6. Confirm your admission. Once your documents are verified and your fee is deposited, your seat is confirmed and you are given the details of orientation.
