Documents to bring when you apply to ISSA. Bring the originals together with attested photocopies.

Bring the originals for verification together with attested photocopies. The admissions office will confirm if anything else is needed for your program.

Matric (SSC) certificate and detailed marks certificate
Required for every program.
Intermediate (FSc/HSSC) certificate and detailed marks certificate
Required for Pharm-D, DPT and BS Emergency & Intensive Care.
CNIC or B-Form of the applicant
CNIC of father or guardian
Recent passport-size photographs
With a plain background.
Domicile certificate
Character certificate from your last institution
Migration certificate
Only if your previous examinations were with another board or university.
